I was driving on Route 50 in a 55 mph speed zone during moderate traffic conditions. I was in the left lane when two trucks approached at a dangerously high speed. One of the trucks (which I managed to photograph) suddenly merged from the right lane into the left lane without signaling. In doing so, it nearly sideswiped a vehicle in the right lane and came extremely close to hitting my vehicle as well. The truck forced its way between our cars, squeezing into a dangerously small gap. Both I and the driver in the right lane had to swerve abruptly to avoid a collision, which nearly sent us into the shoulder. This was an extremely reckless maneuver that put multiple drivers at serious risk.

Usually when people realize they’ve done this, they’ll speed up quickly to lessen the inconvenience. Not this driver! Very slow acceleration to 15 under the limit, holding up everybody they cut off. Either purposefully trying to aggravate others or just clueless at driving.
