The driver was parked across two lanes in the Panera parking lot on Route 130 in East Windsor. I was getting out of the car to go inside and told her it was rude and illegal to park that way. Driver proceeded to go straight in a left turn only Lane, thereby cutting me off while I was in the correct lane. They were only a couple of inches from smashing into my car. They seemed to not notice, nor care, no matter how many times I beeped at them. Left turn only is for turning left! Not cutting in front of others so you can get to the highway faster!
