Handicap sign. Man with spiked up hair came at a fast speed around 60 in a 45 Mph sopes zone honking then getting I front of me while I’m still going 45 and break checks me so I move to another lane and he follows and proceeds to follow and weave in and out of traffic throwing hands and screaming through a closed window with the glimpse I caught of him he seemed extremely distracted while driving very unsafe. I was able to get away from him please be cautious with driver seems very aggressive.
