Black SUV parked in my front driveway for about 10 minutes with blinking lights; unable to see passengers inside

Westbound 202, driving maybe the speed limit in the middle lane forcing traffic to pass on both sides.

January 22nd, 2018 approximately 8:43AM Wife and I were at a red light at a complete stop in lower Queen Anne heading westbound at the intersection of W Mercer St & 1st Ave W, the car physically bumps into our car from the behind and proceeded to honk at us. We took a right on 2nd Ave W and pulled immediately. We were expecting the car to follow us and exchange info, it got stuck at the next light and I was able to take a picture of the vehicle before it continued westbound.

Doesn't allow you to pass to the left forcing you to slow down as they pass you to the right so they can get in front of you, must be first at all costs

Distracted driving. Going 45 mph in the left hand lane in a 45 mph zone forcing traffic to pass them in the right hand lane. Turn signal is on and they are not turning for more than 1 mile.

Was leaving Wal-Mart and they sped up and pulled in front of me at the light to get onto brannen field and got out of their car and started talking to a car who pulled next to them and I couldn't even get around them. They looked back at me and my little girl and they said "what the f**k are you two dumb bitches looking at" they pulled onto brannen field heading to the light for blanding so was I and I went to turn on to blanding and started driving when they ran us off the road. I am 8 months pregnant and my daughter is 9 and was so scared. My cell was dead so I couldn't call the police but I'm still shaken up and so is my daughter.

The type of cancerous driver who sees cars blowing by him on his right but a) is too zoned out to even notice b) notices but doesn't care or c) is an idiot either way. The type of cancerous driver for whom the numerous "slower traffic keep right" signs posted on the highway mean nothing. The type of cancerous driver who would rather have many drivers maneuver around him than simply drive in the correct lane. The type of cancerous driver that, if they all disappeared tomorrow, all left lane drivers would rejoice in a symphony of unleashed and unfettered accelerations and happiness. A cancer that the CHP should REALLY step up and eradicate.

License plate has been removed from this vehicle and placed on a yellow ford fiesta. No tag or registration transfer was made. They move the above tag # from car to car, whichever one they want to drive that day.
