Driver changed lanes multiple times without a turn signal then slammed on brakes in the middle of traffic. Went very slow then sped away at high speed.

Reckless driving in apt. Parking lot

Driver was in a turn only lane at a red light, cut off other drivers to switch lanes, and attempted to illegally pass other vehicles. Vehicle also has a tinted license plate.

Residential and school zone, with lots of speed bumps, got mad I was going the speed limit, and decided to drive on the wrong side of the rode and pass by and speed through the residential area.
