Blocked me from merging onto I94 from 41, so I honked when I couldn't get in. He completely stopped in traffic and sat allowing all traffic in the left lane to back up, and still not allowing my car in. AND he was driving in the pouring rain with no lights on. What he did was dangerous and unacceptable, particularly in the pouring rain in rush hour.

The Mercedes was In the left lane on a two way highway before exit 412/413.

The Mercedes slammed on it's brakes and played chicken.
A black jeep FHL2007 took the shoulder and went around the Mercedes to avoid hitting it.
The Mercedes sped up and went around the jeep again and slammed on the brakes almost causing a wreck.
Jeep went Into the right lane and went around.
The black Mercedes, black male. Dug out a gun and loaded it and stuck the gun out the driver side window waiving it in the air.
The top part of the pistol was silver and the clip and handle was black.
The jeep sped off and the Mercedes chased the jeep.
