The type of cancerous driver who would rather have many drivers maneuver around him than simply drive in the correct lane. The type of cancerous driver that, if they all disappeared tomorrow, all left lane drivers would rejoice in a symphony of unleashed and unfettered accelerations and happiness. A cancer that the CHP should REALLY step up and eradicate.
