Driving on interstate with high beams on causing drivers to not go around him because they could not see. Several drivers flashed lights quickly to make him aware and he continued to not turn them off. Had brights in consistently from Lee county to Manatee county.

She then started yelling at two children when confronted about it. She started to claim she did not block the driveway and started to clap like a seal.
