Very loud music. The bass hurt my ears up to around six cars away. Bass shouldn't shake your car and eardrums.

Harassing and intimidating young female pedestrians around dusk and late at night. A group of them. Barking and shouting things like "you slut!" Turning around and driving by slowly again to intimidate them before speeding off. Multiple accounts, seems to be target specific, starting in March. Usually appears to be drunk or disoriented.

Road rage. Pulled out of Burger King drive through into already full turning lane, failed. Ended up blocking two lanes of traffic, making both miss the light. Pulled up next to them and shook my head, and they starting yelling at me and threw objects at my car.

Dark colored van, been stuck behind several times. Goes 35 in a 55 every single time, and brakes if you get too close.

Turned right from left lane crossing in front of right lane traffic in order to cut through Silver Lake Safeway parking lot to avoid traffic.

A man almost cause an accident by speeding while I was turning in the turning lane then flipped me off and rolled down his window and cussed and threatened me.

There was a man riding in the back of their truck and they did not look like the most sane people to plane driving and we are somewhat confident they were under the influence.

The driver ran a stop sign making a left onto the street as I was driving on a residential street. I blew the horn and the driver had the nerve to blow her horn back at me and put her middle finger up. I sat there in the middle of the street as she refused to back up. I took her license plates numbers down so that I could report the incident. She proceeded to cut her car off with her child in the back seat, took the child and backpack out of the car, and proceeded to walk up the street. I became angry and rolled my window down to tell her you are the one who ran the stop sign so you should be the one to back out to let me through. She called me an ignorant American and began talking in her native tongue with her middle finger up. I only decided to leave the scene because she had her small child with her. A woman who was walking her dog stopped to shake her head at the woman in support of my anger.

Cut us off on the high way and after we honked they slammed on their brakes, than ran someone off the side of the road because they were to blind to notice several warning signs stating that their lane ends.

This man is definitely a wife beater or criminal of some sort. He thought he got cut off, and in an act of revenge raced in front of my car and slammed on the breaks. Got out the car and started punching my window full force with his fists while yelling swear words. A female pedestrian told him to stop, and he ran after her yelling swear words and making threats. If not for her, he probably would of broken my car window. It should be noted that I am a 23 year old female, and he is a 45-55 year old male. So wrong.

These plates are non existent in the system and has been attached to three different vehicles. A chevy super cab truck color green, a Ford single cab color blue and now a Ford Black pick up. The vehicle is parked at 1477 American Ave., Salt Lake City, Ut 84104.

He turned right into the front of 2 lanes of traffic when in a left-turn only lane, blocking not only our lane but anyone coming behind him from going through.

The owner of the van parked so close I couldn't even get into the backseat to put the carseat in. I went inside with my three children and had the manager announce the plate number and color of the vehicle. After thirty minutes i see a woman come and i asked if she drove a black van and she said her van was gray. I asked if she parked next to a red car and she stated that she did. I advised her that it was announced and that we had been waiting and all she said was her van was gray not black and i reminded her that they announced the plate number as well. She said nothing. She moved her car and never even apologized even though my baby was screaming because he was hungry and we had waited for so long.
