Continually for almost 5 years, the same vehicle has been driving the wrong way daily in the city of Chicago, state of Illinois, in Cook County. The blue Chevrolet Equinox with IL plate DF74298 has been seen multiple times a day driving east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Often, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. Driver got very close to my rear bumper, trying to pass a semi truck in the right lane instead of left lane. I was in the right lane next to the semi truck since my exit was coming soon. I panicked as they approached and put my signal on to change lanes to get out of the way. They got even closer as I was changing lanes and sped off weaving in traffic ahead.

I was in the right lane while this car was behind me, then they decided to come up into the left lane that was for the opposite way of car flow and 2 cars in front almost hit the head on and was driving so fast and cut past us and almost hit the driver side.
