Cigarette butt out the window 9 am @ Hawthorne/Del Amo Torrance, CA

Driver cut me off and when i took a picture and recorded driver break checking me followed me recording me. i tried to get away from the driver driving i-5 north in sacramento.

During morning rush hour to work, he was tailgating me for a good 5 minutes and after he passed me, continued to tailgate other drivers. It wasn't like we were driving slow, we were going around 70-75.

Very rude on traffic rules & speeding!

Cut off cars endangering cars in the flow of traffic.

Clearly the guy was drunk when he got to the his car, he almost hit another car that was parked right behind him, he seem to be unable to control the vehicle when he drove away.

illegal u turn, caused me to step on my breaks and burn rubber in order not to hit them.

Almost caused an accident. Colliding with another vehicle while he was trying to cut through.

I was driving the speed limit when this car was driving dangerously close behind me when the zoomed into the medium then drove extremely fast around then past me. They were going so fast that dust flew up and hit my windshield.

In morning traffic getting on the Bay Bridge 10/1/15, this guy purposely blocked me from merging into lane, nearly hitting me and causing me to have to turn evasively into the shoulder. Then swerved into other lanes and sped up/hit brakes erratically, looking at me in his mirror and laughing. Finally sped off into the empty carpool lane despite the fact he was alone in his vehicle.

Tailgating , reckless driving , in and out of lanes , speeding , using profanity.

She was at a non-turning lane, but she turned and cut me. Then she did not let other cars pass in the merge. Then she sped at Vasco. Cut a truck from a "no-passing" lane.

TEXTING while on California Highway. Brake Checking and intentionally stopping while there is no car in front of him

almost killed a man on a motorcycle and myself just to get one car ahead on the freeway and get off the next exit.

Littering by throwing papers and glass bottles out of the car. Glass bottle shattered causing a road hazard.

Threw her alcoholic beverage at a car "accidentally" as she swerved away. Hit the side of road multiple times and was flipping people in front of her off to move out of her way. VERY drunk blonde woman.

The truck purposely tried to run us into the side of the road. Almost caused a fatal accident all because my brother (driver of victim vehicle) took a turn sharp in front of him, moving slightly into his lane. The truck was behind us when our vehicle moved into the other lane, so there was no damage and no chance of an accident.

Almost hit a bicyclist. raced through intersection to beat me to a lane merge. After the lane merge, drive almost hit a bicyclist while continuing to speed.

road rager. almost hit me while weaving into lane to pass a car. after beeping to let him know I was there, he slammed on brakes and drove very slow as an instigator

This lady was swerving in an out of traffic almost hitting innocent children while throwing trash out her window. She appeared to be smoking pot from the smell of the smoke coming from the Drivers side window.

Saw this probably intoxicated idiot crash his overcompensation mobile three times while trying to park it. First into a red sedan in front of his, then into a grey sedan behind him, and then into the red sedan again. Of course he didn't stop and leave a stop. He had one male and one female passenger and they didn't do anything either. After dropping them off he quickly left a few minutes later. Happened 8/8 at about 6:30pm. White SUV. Taller white male.
