While at the gas station on West Housatonic Street in Pittsfield, I saw the driver of the vehicle driving impulsively and almost hit another car while cutting them off.

Passed our car from behind on a narrow, extremely windy road with an explicit "No Passing" sign. Visibility was also low at dusk because the area is very wooded and we were approaching the crest of a small hill. Lane was merging, they were behind me when they started to speed up and i moved aside a little for them to pass and they tried to run me off the road. Nearly sideswiped me
