I was driving home from Wakefield and made it to the lights that borders Narragansett and Wakefield. The light turns red on both sides so the people that came off the highway could turn left. The Dodge decided to turn the left on red to go onto the highway after this other car had already slowed at the yield and had gone. The Dodge driver almost caused an accident by not having paid attention to the red light. The other car swerved out of the way while the Dodge driver honked then passed him angrily. Be careful and aware of this Dodge driver!
