9/4/24, 7:35 AM, Camino del Sur, San Diego, CA. Vehicle sped through a red light at a high rate of speed. All other southbound cars were at a complete stop. This was not a situation where the light turned from yellow to red, but a situation where the light was complete red for multiple seconds. At a subsequent intersection, the car then stopped at a second red light in the left lane, then proceeded to turn right on red from the left hand lane by crossing in front of the stopped vehicles in the right hand lane.

Rogue hooligan had rhode island plates and changed 'em over to local plates, but looks like his stench character stuck cross-border.

This poor excuse of a human being consistently revved his engine, which he unknowingly would shorten the lifespan of his motor. He then continued to tailgate the car in front of him.
