VIOLATIONS BY STATE
Guy got out of his car just after turning right into the intersection at 15th and Spruce Sts, holding up turning traffic behind him. He tried to kick a man’s dog (they were almost finished crossing Spruce Street behind the driver). The pedestrian then hit the back of the driver’s car with his hand, and some aggressive language was exchanged. The driver got back in his car and stopped at the red light at the next block, then didn’t wait for it to actually turn green before he went through the intersection. He proceeded to pull his car over onto the left side of Spruce Street, in the bike lane, got out and examined the back of his car (I couldn’t see any damage from my vantage point), closed the driver’s side door and started walking back in the direction of the incident. I shudder to think of what happened if he found the man and his dog after that. All I can think of is that this driver was angry about something much bigger than right of way of pedestrians and their animals. He was unreasonably agitated and made me sick to my stomach to see him try to kick a tiny black dog then not be able to wait until the light turned green. What a menace.
Watch out for this Spanish-looking chubby male narcissist. He clearly saw that I was waiting for a parking spot, but decided to drive passed me and take the one that a car was backing out of. After he got out of his car and walked by mine, he looked me straight in the eyes with his smug air of arrogance. Glad he was able to get a spot, so he can quickly get inside Gabby's Pizza. What an entitled a-hole!

Caucasian guy with caucasian passenger speeding, revving in a loud muffled Nissan 370/Z (MA Plate CPJ33, VIN JN1AZ4EH4CM562838), tearing through the night towards Waltham Gulf station on the border of Lexington. Caucasian passenger smiling like a hyena while his driver buddy continued revving down the night time roadway.

We were stopped at a red light where right and left lanes merge into one on the other side of the road. There is a "Right lane must yield" sign. We were at the light first, when light turned green we proceeded forward, the Nissan rogue came flying up behind us, and tried to pass and go around us in the right lane before it merged. We were forced to slow down and break to let him through or there would have been a collision. When honking at him he brake checked us stopped the car in the middle of the road and got out and began moving toward us with threatening body language. We reversed and he got in his car and sped off.

Caucasian guy in black Nissan sports car, loud and obnoxious as hell, a nuisance to others, zipping and accelerating up Waltham Street just after school ended while kids are walking and crossing roads. character seems to like revving his piece of junk to turn naive heads. Same character used to troll around the Lexington-WAltham-Arlington-Bedford areas with rhode island license plates so the character apparently hails from that dump. Nissan 370Z (VIN JN1AZ4EH4CM562838).
