Disabled vehicle was in the right lane on the Merritt with plenty of time to view and change over to the left lane. This girl (sitting so low you could barely see the top of her head) selfishly blew past everyone in the left lane. No common courtesy and literally trying to save herself seconds. She then proceeded to finally and dangerously merge at the last possible moment to avoid the police officer and disabled vehicle. Drivers like this are the reason the traffic backs up and accidents happen. Obviously inexperienced and entitled. May Karma reach you.

Tailgated me, cut me off, was speeding and overall driving very aggressively and recklessly

Blasting music at 80+ decibels for hours well past 10 PM, which is well beyond the 55 decibels allotted by Waterbury\'s city ordinances.

Aimless driving. Did not handle vehicle as if had any prior experience in driving other than know some basics. Concern over safety of others on road.\r\n\r\nRandom braking well below posted speed. Caused a huge back up of vehicles. Disengaged by turning into gas station. While fueling my own vehicle he drove past in the other direction in the same manner.\r\n\r\nWas not sure if plate was Connecticut, Rhode Island, Kentucky or Minnesota. Plate top and bottom were covered by a large bracket.

Stalking

This driver was speeding up Temple Street in Waterbury, which is a residential road. They were driving well beyond the speed limit during after-school hours when kids are walking back from school. They were driving recklessly and blasting music at a ridiculous level. I used a decibel meter to measure the loudness level, and it was beyond 90 decibels. The noise ordinance in Waterbury only allows a noise level of up to 55 decibels. So not only was the driver being reckless the volume of their music also doesn\'t allow them to be aware of what is going on around them while driving, and unnecessarily disturbed the entire neighborhood. This vehicle turned into my neighbor\'s house across the street and continued to blast the music for no reason other than to disturb and harass my family and the rest of the neighborhood. On top of that the legal status of my neighbors across the street is questionable, and they have had the police called on them numerous times for noise ordinance violations, reckless driving, DUIs, fire hazards violations, littering, plowing snow from their driveway into mine and much more. The occupants have totaled another vehicle prior while intoxicated. These people are dangerous and the police continue to do nothing.

Ran up on lane closure, forced way between 2 semis, hit a cone, brake checked, honked, brake checked more..

Was driving half the speed limit and swerving. Inconsistent braking that could be considered brake checking. Might have been impaired.

Constantly blocking home driveway. Cops don\'t do anything since he is gone by the time they ride by. Wish tickets could be given with proof of driveway blocking.

I-91 Southbound, Exit #6 (Willow Street). Aggressively forced their way into merging rush hour traffic while unnecessarily blowing the horn.

Texas plate, VGR2424 ran stop at Leonard, ran stop light at Kensington, speeding, improper lane change @ I-691, turned left from wrong lane, stopped at school.

Driver works for Frontier Internet. While working, wearing a red Frontier branded polo, the individual engaged in Criminal Trespass on Private Property. Trespassed onto private property, stole a watercraft, and entered a private lake with said stolen watercraft. Investigation with town police pending.

Was driving north on 1-89 from Waterbury, VT to Burlington, VT. This person was tail gaiting me in the left lane for about a mile (I was already going over the speed limit and had no room to get over to let them pass because there were other cars, both in front of me and in the right lane) They then proceeded to try to get around me by going 100 MPH in the right lane but since there was another car in the right lane, they almost hit that person and then cut in front of me, just barely missing my car. They then proceeded to brake check me for about 2 miles and then when the person in front of them wasn\'t going fast enough for them, they did the same thing. Completely reckless driving swerving in and out of both lanes. They eventually stopped when they saw a cop that had pulled someone else over (I guess they got spooked).

Tailgating, driving inches away from rear of mine and other cars at speeds of 60-70mph up to 80mph

Repeatedly honks as he thinks someone can turn right on red into on coming traffic. Then proceeds to tailgate to a McDonald’s. Guess he really needed that Big Mac…

Nearly ran me over, completely ignored a yield for pedestrian sign, and when the car in the other lane was clearly stopped for a pedestrian . This was on the corner of Whitney St. and Audubon St.

This car was driving up Temple Street in Waterbury 60+ miles an hour (on a side road), swerving and blasting music - you could hear this car\'s music when it was all the way down the street. It was nighttime. People walk on this street and my neighbors let their children play in the middle of the road even when it\'s dark out. Someone is going to get killed by this person one day. This driver routinely drives while intoxicated and recklessly. Littering the alcohol bottles and cans in other people\'s yards including mine. This driver pulled into their driveway and continued to blast the music so loud my family could hear it clearly for hours. When they got out of their vehicle they were carrying empty alcohol boxes and bottles. They have been reported to the police numerous times prior and the police have done nothing.

Recklessly driving cutting off numerous other drivers

He swerved into my lane on purpose to try and drive me off the road because i had no choice but to merge last minute due to a closed lane that snuck up on me. When i finally merged over he flipped me off and acted like a full blown baby because i HAD to merge over and he wouldnt let me in. He then caught up to me in traffic and swerved into my lane and then proceeded to try and cut me off practically hitting the front of my car and making me swerve into the right lane.
