We were driving behind this vehicle from Center, TX until Logansport, LA, following the highway 7. They were serving all over the lane, hitting both rumble strips on the yellow and white lines of the side and center. They would stay on these strips for a few seconds before moving. Unsure if drunk or tired.

A man in a company truck for Southern Tool Inspection was staring at his phone that he was holding 8 inches away from his face. He blew a stop sign and I almost t-boned him. He looked like he crapped his pants when I honked and evaded him. I sure hope he did.

A man and woman left their dog in their vehicle while they ate at Yamato Japanese restaurant. The vehicle was turned off, the windows were up, and it was 85 degrees outside. After I picked up my to-go order, I was there monitoring for signs of distress from the dog for 17 minutes before they came out with to-go plates. At 20 minutes, the temp inside of a car is 114 degrees. Unfortunately, the woman acted like I was in the wrong and cussed me out for simply looking at her dog while they neglected him/her. Luckily, the dog did survive, but who knows what else they do to this innocent Goldendoodle. Police report is filed.

This company, DryMedic Restoration Services, thinks they are an actual first responding/emergency service. My cruise was set at 56 in a 55 and this company truck HAD to be going at least 70. I had at least four car lengths between me and the car in front of me. This truck passed both of us in one swipe.
