Caucasian female in her late 50's acting like some hotshot, pole-position race driver doing devilish parking lot stunts in commercial and private parking lots -- The erratic driver recklessly drives through parking lots racing back and forth within the tiny confines of a parking space while attempting to park backing-in and then pulls out and scuttles to her park in front of her residence after repeated reckless back-in parking attempts. She then returns to the same parking spot to re-try her satanic dare-devil stunts. When drivers just sit there waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more, the disturbed individual is still there at the brink of hitting other parked vehicles, trying to take pole-position while backing in -- Maybe some frazzled motive to get a racing head-start out of the complex, to beat and out-do the world around her, including traffic-goers, pedestrians, bicyclists. Miss pole-position's been at it for more than a year.
Wise asses like this do stupid things in retaliation, so when other people sit there patiently wondering what the hell she's doing during her back-in parking stunts, she subsequently takes revenge by spitting out snide comments towards others on the sly and then connivingly beeping her car alarm. Miss pole-position seems to feed on playing slick, cunning games with people's minds at the expense of others' safety.

On the way there he was aggressively tailgated, honked at, and flipped off by one of their workers over the course of ~8 minutes. After reviewing the videos myself, the only thing I saw that could have brought this behavior on was my son driving at the posted speed limit.

Rogue hoodlum is the type that causes other ripple effects, like car accidents, bike accidents, pedestrian run-overs, and people who can\'t be saved in time because ambulances have to negotiate around his lazy, hooligan antics. And to think ... going on a year plus, gregarious creature now parks against the main line of traffic, at times head-on into property management vehicles nevermind parking in a non-parking area. Anguished creature fighting the rest of the world maybe?

Those of us in need of handicap parking spots don\'t even have this lazy crook\'s self-granted privilege -- We walk our way from the designated parking spots to our abodes. Fellow\'s vehicle obstructs other traffic-goers and emergency vehicles to where a fire truck would barely have free passage if at all on this narrow roadway. Guy figures the roadway in front of his apartment is a free for all, any time, any day. He\\\\\\\'s too lofty and lazy to use parking spots, and before exiting his vehicle after the illegal parking job he looks sneakily at pedestrians as they walk by hoping they don\\\\\\\'t observe his dragging antics.
