Parked across a drive through blocking traffic

He failed to yield at a yield sign when I had the right of way. I didn\'t think it was a big deal because I had a green light to go straight when he had a yield sign making a slight right turn. I didn\'t stop. So when I got to a stop sign he threw a water bottle at my car. I guess he got mad I didn\'t let him go when he had a yield sign. i think he has anger/mental issues or just incompetent and don\'t care how he acts in public. I just want to report it just in case anything else happens in the future.

Would not let driver pass on interstate, consistently changed lanes to avoid being passed and would purposely slow down in front of said driver to brake check them.

Driver sped up to stop a black truck from merging left, Swung car sideways at the truck, then drove in front of the truck and hard brake-checked before speeding off. My mother and I were crossing the road on Mifflin when a white car suddenly rounded the corner of Pinckney, sped up and swerved towards the side we were crossing to, presumably in an attempt to hit us. At first, we weren’t sure if he trying to mess with us or actually cause an accident, but considering how much he accelerated and swerved, I can only assume he is mentally unwell.

Politely stay off the highways if you're drunk, coming back from an event. And drive yourself down to the nearest nursing home, old geezer! This man/woman had no idea what the speed limit apparently was. They looked too old to be driving.This driver is an endangerment to other people. Again, hope they are put into a nursing home soon.

Driver exited their apartment parking structure into traffic and did not have the right away almost hitting my car and did not hesitate to keep going. This happens frequently from this structure, as they are higher priced and I assume people use their privilege and absentmindedness to fly out into traffic.

Passenger got out of car to physically block my car even though I had the right of way. He touched my car and was threatening me.

My grandma had to pull over to let this person pass. I don't know what this person's deal was but she shouldn't have to do that no matter what the outcome was.

The residents at 1793 Grant St. Apt. 1 De Pere, WI 54115 allowed a man to remove the license plate off of their truck, and place it on a white Chevy Impala. Photos and video proof are available upon request
