LICENSE PLATE REPORTS

Was seen drinking an injecting substance into arms prior to driving. He swerved into the road and tail gated other vehicles, then proceeds to point a gun at a vehicle next to him. He was a brown latino man in his late 40s with a light skinned fat woman in the passenger seat. The car recked if marijuana and he threw a glass beer bottle from the drivers window at a pedestrian. This occurred on January 27 along Texas Avenue in Downtown El Paso.

Both people in the vehicle seemed drunk. They were acting outlandish.

Driver pulled out of a bar parking lot without looking and cut me off with only feet to spare. Had to slam my brakes. Then she proceeded to sit at a stop sign for about 30 seconds like she was waiting for it to turn green. There was nobody else around, as it was late at night. Likely drunk driver.

Seems like they were drunk, they were speeding and swerving and jerking the steering wheel around. \r\n\r\nThey were trying to bait people into accidents, and were throwing objects at other cars as well. \r\n\r\nPossibly armed. They were holding something up to the wind but I couldn\'t verify if it was a firearm. But I believe it was. \r\n\r\nWas driving east on hall road by Romeo plank and Garfield Rd. \r\n\r\nThey have damage to their rear bumper, left side is hanging, likely from road raging. \r\n\r\nThis happened about half an hour ago. \r\n\r\nGo pay them a visit, and be careful, they are possibly armed, and they were on traffic footage throwing objects at people (assault).

Was driving, the car cut off multiple cars on oaky in a two way street, was swerving over lines almost hitting others cars, and ran over a traffic cone. Also dark tint not allowing to see the person inside. Almost ran over a pedestrian while having the right to cross considering the lights for walking were on.
