45mph in a 55mph, on a one lane road with nowhere to pass. During broad daylight with clear sunny conditions. Literally no reason to be going this slow with nobody in front of you. And I\'m sure they saw the line of cars stuck behind them. This caused other drivers to get mad and start tailgating me (who was sandwiched in the middle) as a result. YOU SUCK!

This man/woman had no idea what the speed limit apparently was. They looked too old to be driving.This driver is an endangerment to other people.
