Discription of Events: I have had multiple encounters with this vehicle from Carson to Council Bluffs. They get very close to the back of my car, pass me and then slam on their breaks in front of me. Today 11/4/2020 @ 6:30 am they passed me going through Treynor by the school (a no passing lane). Then I watched them cut infront of the person in front of me, slam on their breaks and the person in front of me had to go off on the shoulder to not hit them. It is four men wearing neon yellow hoodies. There is a Trump sticker on the back window and they have firemans license plates.
