Discription of Events: He was going about 15 mph in a 40 mph, in my lane, I was about to turn, had no room to pass so I had to slow down and stay behind him. He violently jerked into the right lane, flipped me off and once I passed him he then tailgated me for about another mile. It was about 1 in the morning and nobody else was out so I was about to turn into a police station because I genuinely didnt know whether or not he was planning to hit me or something and I wasnt betting my life on my little pink can of pepper spray.
