Discription of Events: Tried to merge into my lane without paying attention, almost hitting me. I honked the horn & let him go around me. We got off on the same exit. Driver then break checked me hard & in a very obvious way twice; Stopped so fast that the car behind me almost rear ended me both times. Both times, there were no cars anywhere near the front of said driver, so they were clearly stopping just to try to get me to rear end them. Obvious ego problem.
