Discription of Events: This morning I was pulling out of my driveway, while was in the process of crossing over another street onto our part of the street, but was far enough away that I had plenty of time to safely pull out. Because of the snow in the street, she caught up to me and it took a second for me to be able to gain traction and begin moving forward, but I did pick up speed and began traveling. This woman decided that on a snowy, slippery, residential street thats right by the elementary school, she would PASS ME on the RIGHT and continue speeding down the street toward said elementary school.
