Discription of Events: i was stopped at a stop sign and jerk almost rear ended me skidding to a stop. Then gives me a stare and runs another stop sign and pulls up Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine. In my GoPro video I do not see a Uber or Lyft dressing but watch out for this guy he was dangerously driving possibly to pickup a ride. CA EDD is expired for Covid on Uber/Lyft drivers and now they all back on the streets.
