Discription of Events: Approximately 5:30 am, dark, driver proceeded to pass our vehicle, speeding, on the shoulder heading east on route 70 in the pine barrens near Brendan t Byrne state forest. After passing on the wrong side, the driver proceeded to dangerously pass other drivers, crossing into oncoming traffic, ducking between lanes. The driver continued to speed ~20 mph over the speed limit riding up abruptly behind other drivers. Please fine this person. They could really hurt someone.
