Discription of Events: This driver was going from Columbia to Chester driving in and out of the lanes. Almost hitting several cars, Trucks and even the Heavy amount of Semis. Ran off the road several times. The driver almost rear ended me and several other vehicle. This person clearly does not know proper driving etiquette and safety rules.
