Discription of Events: Black Female was SPEEDING and Recklessly DRIVING young aprox 90 plus mph in a 75mph Speed ZONE. Tried to squeeze between several vehicles including Tractor Trailers almost causing an Major Accident. This Black Female was STOPPED by Nebraska State Patrol. This incident happened on 05-21-2021 in I-80 WEST, West of the City of Lexington, NE. Also Black Female subject was TEXTING and using an Electronic HAND HELD DEVICE while operating a motor vehicle. Good Job Troooper Bacon!!!! I think her Auto Insurance Company needs to get this information and the State of Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. SLIW IT DOEN, AND PUT THE PHINE DOWN.
