Date of last witnessed violation: 4:46pm June 29, 2026. For around 5 years, the same vehicle has been driving the wrong way daily in the city of Chicago, state of Illinois, in Cook County. The blue Chevrolet Equinox with IL plate DF74298 has been seen multiple times a day driving east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Often, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. While stopped at a red light in the left through lane on Polaris Parkway WB, they put on their turn signal and pushed in front of a long line of cars turning left on a green arrow.
The proper move would have been to continue straight, turn left at the next light, turn around in a parking lot, then make a few right turns to get on I-71 SB instead of just pushing in front of the long line of cars waiting.
