Was driving side to side all the was from 145 in anson county... hit the shoulder multiple times, and crossed into the left lane multiple times.. as we entered city limits the vehicle the vehicle drifted side to side. The turn lane in front of the 1st Bank for Lowes, the vehicle drifted in and out of but stayed in the right lane to keep going down 74... drifted multiple times all the way to Wal-Mart. I just want to make a report because I am not sure if they were drunk, on the phone or doing it intentionally.

At a double advanced left turn off of 401 onto bloor, this guy forces a merge without looking onto the road where the advanced light drivers are currently driving... multiple cars had to slam on their breaks to avoid a crash. He then continues to drive 20 under the limit and turns right from the middle of 3 lanes.

Blue Chevrolet Equinox IL plate DF74298. Multiple times a day, this vehicle drives east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Many times, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. 95 Northbound between exits 12 & 13 near Philadelphia airport.
Blocking traffic and brake checking vehicles.
Brought traffic to complete standstill in middle lane of 95N. Swerving and changing lanes to block vehicles and attempted to initiate collision. Forced vehicle off road. Dismounted and aggressively approached my vehicle. Fled in direction of 76W when he realized I was giving his description to law enforcement.

The driver of this car was driving extremely recklessly. They were speeding, swerving in and out of lanes, tailgating, and attempting to pass drivers using the turning lanes and shoulder lanes. They ran another driver half way off the road with their recklessness (thankfully that vehicle didn’t hit anyone or anything and was able to get back on the road quickly) and they nearly hit other cars.
