Blue Chevrolet Equinox IL plate DF74298. Multiple times a day, this vehicle drives east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Many times, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley. Close to night time: 9:20pm, car is driving about 10-15 under speed limit, im trying to stay back as much as possible but like cmon, they then come to a complete stop and begin to exit vehicle, 2 people, 1 driver female probably 30s, and one passenger male probably late 30s maybe 40s. Passenger begins to try to initiate confrontation. Not letting such happen try to leave and they begin to go.
