Weaving in and out of traffic, cutting cars off.

This pathetic excuse of a black human being was weaving in traffic on Tharpe Street at 6:51 PM on 4/2/2024. He doubled, if not tripled, the speed limit, was not using any directional signalage when merging into lanes, and would tailgate people to attempt them to go faster. He obviously does not care about anyone around them or their safety. It is no wonder he is the bottom of the food-chain, disgrace to human society, troublemaking n---a. He would be the first person to flee from an accident when he causes one. It is also obvious that his parents did not care about his well-being since they probably had him by accident. Also he has no idea of how to channel his anger and will gladly displace his problems onto people. I don't know what makes him think he is above the law, but trust me karma will kick his ass. I do not understand tinted license plates. What is the purpose behind them. You know eventually you will get caught for doing wrong. Just because you tinted your license plate doesn't mean we can't read it. Also, it would be better for your conscience if you did the right thing in the first place instead of doing wrong. It is obvious you did not have a mother or father who cared about your well being.

Tailgated to the point i could not see their hood of their car, from Antioch to Brentwood. Ran stop signs, crossed the left lane to overpass someone, almost running them off the road before re-tailgating behind me. Almost slammed into my back bumper.

brake checked us 2 times, got mad for no reason, almost followed us. tried to get us to pull over. we did nothing.

Driver was recklessly speeding and swerving with no signal through busy traffic at a merge point of two lanes into one lane. At least their loud exhaust alerted me that some bad decision making was about to happen. Reviewed on my car cam.

Tried to run me off the road on a one way despite the fact that I was already going 5 miles over the speed limit, then tried to pass me on a one way.

Aggressive driver, brake checking, cutting people off.

Saw a young girl clearly under the age of 21 who was driving erratically swerving and running red lights, chugging on a bottle of alcohol

Entitled male driver driving in the parking lot at the Shoppes of Lorton Valley in Lorton, VA. He had complete disregard for the woman that was crossing the street to get on the sidewalk. He did NOT stop his car and let her finish crossing, instead he continued to drive and almost hit her. He parked in the front of the Giant grocery store. An entitled jerk. Driving well over 20 mph above the speed limit.

Hispanic male seemingly drunk behind the wheel, driving fast, switching lanes recklessly and swerving within the lane. Seen around 73 North and the 55 North.

3/29/2024 Cut me off turning right out of Meadowbrook Apts parking lot onto Deep Dell Rd. Asshole did not even look to see if any cars were coming on his left.

The car was swerving in and out of my lane behind me. Then after I guess I wasn’t going fast enough they hit my car from the side as they passed in a no pass area. Then they fled off at a high rate of speed.
