Was at a stop light where they went around us and cut off us and another car as well as causing quick stop from oncoming traffic who was turning.

VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING VERY HIGH RATE OF SPEED SWITCHING BETWEEN LANES. CUT IN FRONT OF ME AND HAD TO STOP SUDDENLY TO AVOID HITTING A CAR SLOWING FOR THE LIGHT. ONCE THE LIGHT CHANGED THIS VEHICLE AND ANOTHER ALONGSIDE IT BEGAN RACING DOWN THE STREET.
