This truck tried to pass me on the right where there were cars parked so I honked to alert him and he dodged the cars but then got in front of me and slammed on his breaks so quickly I had to go into the opposite lane which could have caused me a head on collision. Then he wouldnt move until I tried to get back in the correct lane and he started driving so I couldnt.
This was on 8/21/2020 at around 6:20 am.

This women nearly hit me while getting out of her parked spot as I was driving in my lane. When I honked at her she started throwing obscene gestures at me and started cursing at me. She cut in front of me anyways and then changed lanes and rolled her windows down and continued swearing at me putting other drivers on the road in danger as well.

so this doesnt have to do with a driving violation but the whole time this person was at my restaurant there was a knocking sound that sounded like it was coming from his car but nothing should have been knocking as his car was in park. It just weirded me out as people usually associate white vans with kidnappings so I just wanted people to know about this. Also the van had a company logo that said rapid overhead garage door repair if that helps
