Tries to get over while we are besides her, she is in the phone and the jerks over when a small spot opens up and slams on her breaks so we almost hit her and she keeps jerking around from lane to lane.

My light turned green, I had the Green arrow to turn left. He failed to yield, failed to stop, he followed the car in front of him ( who went when my light was red ). Instead of yielding or stopping when he saw me start to turn he went ahead and I laid on the horn

Fail to stop for coming traffic. Dangerously entered a moving traffic without any signal lights. Inappropriate body language (a middle finger) to coming vehicle.

Completely drove me off the road intentionally

This person nearly ran numerous people off of the road. The incident happened on the merritt heading northbound.

Driver was using laptop and wearing headphones while driving. Driver was slouching and cannot be seen clearly Car was intermittently crossing lane lines and was clearly distracted.

Aggressive driving and passing cars on the far right (non drivable lane), cut me off as well as others. Then stopping in middle of the freeway in middle lane Guy in passenger seat was outside of the window throwing hand gestures at everyone And then at stop light on 96 and Gulf Freeway South guy got of his car and throw an object at my window P

Driving on the beach where vehicles are not allowed.

Dog bone sticker on the back. Guy is a complete ass, drives very recklessly cutting people off to get into HOV lane as a single driver. Cuts people off in the HOV lane and passes on the side. Frequently flips people off as he passes them - very dangerous.

Aggressive driver.

speeding 90-100 mph, tailgating, unsafe lane changes (Highway 4 between Martinez and Hercules)

Suspect was tailgating in a speed limit zoned at 40 m/ph. I was behind another vehicle that was going 46 m/ph; the same speed I was going. The suspect then went into oncoming traffic and began to speed past me and the other vehicle. Suspect reached an estimated 60-70 m/ph in a 40 m/ph zone. Children were present; but thank god no child was crossing the street. Suspect continued to speed past until reaching the beginning of a school zone, where he turned into a high school parking lot. I followed the driver in and took a picture of license plate.

Lane switching back and forth with no signal lights. No lights on. Tailgating.

Suddenly braking 200-300 feet away from section while going downhill. Caused quick sudden braking to at least 2 cars, and at least two others to swerve into turn lane to avoid potential accident.

Car Ran light didnt give pedestrians a chance to cross zoomed out in the intersection as if she was going to hit them during a walk signal..

Was upset with a very legal turn I made, followed me from where he saw me all the way back to my high school and demanded I let him inside to talk to my principle, very hot headed foreign guy

VIOLATING PROBATION/ DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENCE

Almost caused a collision with my vehicle on Rt 93 in front of the former Nathan's store, by using excessive speed and passing me on the right. The berm ended with a barrier, causing him to swerve in front of me causing me to slam on my brakes. Speeding through stop signs on Pecora Blvd and Community Park Road. Also passing another vehicle on the right on Community Park Road at an excessive rate of speed.

Ran a stop sign going at least 20 mph. While behind him, slowed to 10 mph on a 40 mph limit road. When attempting to pass on left, they sped up to at least 50 mph.

Recklessly merged in my lane in local streets, narrowly missing the left front of my car and back right of the car in the lane they were in. No turn signal, no warning. Was night time, approximately 7:20 PM.

Vehicle was speeding and so close to me that I could not see their headlights in my rearview. They swerved around me making faces and then continued to speed, weave through traffic and tailgate.

They almost hit me just cause y had to twist the steering in a the middle where they had to stop for cars passing.they just keep going

This car was an inch away from hitting me in a parking lot going 35mph and then blew past two stop signs leaving the parking lot barely slowing down.
