jay driver. Driving through crosswalk in Pentagon Row while pedestrians present only to stop and park so she could use the atm at Navy Federal credit union after doing a reckless u turn.

Driving crazy, reckless driving, rude gestures on road. Almost ran 4 cars off the road. Ridiculous, police need to contain this car.

As I am going around the block I stopped at a stop-sign, complete stop, as a car made a left. I go to roll forward a little and another car comes up relatively quick to make the same left, so I stop (mind you I crept forward at less than 5 mph). The man (in his 50s) looks at me with the look of death and throws his hands up at me, so I shake my head in upset at the look he gave me. He stops and blocks in my car and gets out of his car. His car was a good 3 car-lengths in front of mine when he stopped. I actually started to back up to turn down a block because I got scared when he started getting out of his car. He asks me is "I am blind and if I can't see the stop sign." I apologized and said it was an honest mistake and I saw him coming which is why I stopped after I rolled forward about an inch. He continues to yell at me and belittle me and tell me how stupid I am until I tell him, "Stop yelling at me! It was an honest mistake!" He says he's not yelling at me, yet he continues to berate me. I just kept telling him to stop yelling at me. I am a careful driver, I am usually the trusted driver among my friends. I even had to drive 2 hours home from school in the ice yesterday for a usual 20 minute commute. I am 18 and I cannot believe a grown man would deliberately block me in on a side-road and come up to my car to yell at me. And as he walked back to his car he just looked at me trying to continue to intimate me! I stood my ground because someone like that does not deserve the satisfaction of making me cry.

Speeding in a high pedestrian area on 15th street in Pentagon City.

Following me, acting like he had a gun and pointing it at me, almost hit me a good 4-5 times while chasing me, blocking me in and trying to run out and open my doors, ended up calling Irving cops on me saying I was trying to rob him because we where outside his apartment ? The cops meet me at my house trying to arrest me ? SMH

Speeding down Q and turned on 18th right in front of Peds who had right of way to then literally stop and park on 18th taking his time. Big time selfish jerk and moron.

Speeding and tailgating. Will literally speed up just to slam on breaks. On 15th and turned right onto Hayes. F medium length blond hair probably in 50s.

Reckless jaydriver. Came speeding down 15th street and then almost hit completely indifferent to the fact I was in the middle of the street crossing when she was turning onto Joyce Street. Driving like she is possibly high or drunk. female somewhat overweight long hair olive skin-maybe hispanic, middle eastern or something else similar.

Jay driver. Turning on 15th and Hayes way to close to pedestrians while walk signal is on.

Tailgating. Also has a bar blocking front license plate which I'm pretty sure is not legal.

Ran a red light at Q street in Dupont Circle on 1/21/15.

On 1/21/15 at Q and 17th in Dupont Circle Area. Speeding, honking at pedestrians and right through a red light. Driving like they may have been drunk or high.

Tailgating and honking in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Also, since he reacts slowly, nearly rear-ends me multiple times; it's very dangerous to drive in front, behind or next to him. Beware.

I was biking in the bike lane. He came up from behind me honking and yelling, so I pulled over, and the people in the car started giving obscene hand gestures. We met again at an intersection (E 53rd St and Lake Park Ave) a block or too later and they did the same thing. I was following all the rules. Also, one tail light was out.

Unregistered car driving with these plates (they belong to another car)

He/she cut off a several cars including me and a vehicle in front of me flickered their high beams at him and he hit the brakes really hard almost causing a car accident.. Then took off to at least 90 mph.

Saw this hothead try to cause an accident. Ran a red light and then slammed on his brakes twice as if trying to get a car to rear-end him. When he saw the woman behind him take a picture of his plate, he got out, pounded on her window and accused her of driving too close (she wasn't as far as I could tell). Dangerous douchebag.
