At a double advanced left turn off of 401 onto bloor, this guy forces a merge without looking onto the road where the advanced light drivers are currently driving... multiple cars had to slam on their breaks to avoid a crash. He then continues to drive 20 under the limit and turns right from the middle of 3 lanes.
