Despite collateral vehicular traffic, the owner/driver of this vehicle fails to budge and safely give way to others. Driver and vehicle originate from a Timber Trail in a place called Coventry, Rhode Island.

The fellow is a Caucasian male of 54 years age driving a black Jeep Wrangler (Rhode Island plate R11); same individual drives a black Dodge Durango (Rhode Island, town of Scituate plate 501257) with heavily tinted black windows. Rollinson rampages through residential and commercial areas trolling for target victims to hurl hate epithets including thrusting middle-finger gestures at random passersby including pedestrians, while gawking and staring into residence windows; sometimes this is accompanied by backing up his vehicle along main traffic ways – a stretch of as much as two or three hundred yards -- to get a second look at target victims and then rolling down his windows to hurl hate communication including profanities and then speeding off; Rollinson sporadically speeds into peoples driveways, only to abruptly back up and make a quick exit. The fellow – his voice and presence – has been noted, as his pattern of raucous conduct reveals him driving drunk at about midnight, yelling “Fuck You!!!” at minority-targeted residences, hurling beer cans onto roadside properties. Driver has been pulling into random driveways and then driving off suspiciously, apparently looking to fuel a string of robberies, harassment, and breach of peace.

Driver was driving in the middle of two lanes. Almost clipped another car that was ahead of them. The reckless driver then continued to weave in and out of lanes.

Frequently drifted across double yellow line blocking lane of oncoming traffic.

Nearly rammed two cars off the road and was swerving between lanes. As the drivers strange behavior persisted, they made a series of obscene gestures while speeding and almost picked off a third vehicle.
