Driver was definitely impaired, so badly they drove into the opposite lane of traffic, caused 5 cars to swerve into other lanes. He proceeded to keep driving in the opposite lane, nearly crushed us. Turned around, stopped in the middle of the road, rolled the window down mumbling words, and drove off again in the opposite lane.

Saw them rear end a smaller black Ford (Focus) and drive away even though the people in the other car pulled over.

This car was behind me tailgating me for so long and then went into the right lane to go around me even though there was no room for her between me and the car in front of me. She came into the lane anyways and cut me off completely, causing me to slam on my brakes because she was coming into my lane when I was practically next to her.
