Driving dangerously fast between cars between lanes

Had yellow plates. Thought it might be a government plate. Was speeding and attempting to race multiple vehicles going 50mph + in a 25mph zone and nearly hit others. Driver was aggressive and appeared to be possibly intoxicated.

I merged lanes with plenty of room and needed to be in it to take my exit when he proceeded to speed up and then blare his horn and make hand gestures at me and then proceed to follow me

Pulled out a gun when he drove by me

Almost hit several people in two different crosswalks.

This young man committed a road rage incident with me, and scared me to death. He kept slowing down and giving me the finger, and when he finally let me pass on a residential road he stopped at my mailbox and threatened me. I am a safe, slow driver not sure what the problem was.

The driver was looking to get into an accident. The sign clearly stated that right lane on Cherry Avenue near intersection Salem Industrial Drive, merges onto the left lane but the driver kept speeding not allowing space for my vehicle to merge even though I was signaling. Seemed like this person was looking to get into an accident. This person should not be driving on the road. Not safe for our Oregon roads, they might kill someone with their crazy driving.

This Jerk got mad when I stopped for a Father with 2 small children trying to cross 99E. He passed me using the left turn lane slammed on his brakes, swerved like he was going to sideswipe me. He turned left at Courtney.

He was driving above the speed limit and texting at the same time. One spot he slowed down I managed to pass he looked right at me.

A Greenway landscape company truck heading south on i5 in Salem, merges on into right lane, Im traveling in an empty 4 axle semi, pulling 4 axle trailer in the center lane, minding my own business. Its 6:07 in the morning, traffic is light. There was nobody in front of him for at least a mile, he cuts 1 car length gap in front me and slows me down, I get over to pass him as Im on cruise control, he speeds up and doesnt allow me to pass. So I sped up and got in front of him "barely". He gets over passes me and cuts me off this time almost taking out my bumper and tries brake checking me but Im not slowing down, he realized that and I grabbed my phone to start recording, and he slowly pulls away gets back into the right lane and takes an exit. He really had to do all that? To be on the freeway for 2 miles or less with no traffic anywhere near him?

Driver speeding, sudden lane changes with no signals. traffic cut me off then sandwiched between other cars.

young 20's male - got out of vehicle at Evergreen & Cornell and confronted young male in car ahead - yelling and cursing. Continued east on Cornell tailgating - swerving, flipping other drivers off and generally very aggressive driving.

Drove up me as fast as possible almost rammed me from behind while I was going 75 in a 65. Then continued to act as if she was going to ram me by repeatedly hitting the gas. Then as she went to pass she swerved at me like she was going to side swipe my car while flipping me off and cussing and of course starring at me the whole time and not watching the road.

Driver refused to let us pass on the interstate. We were pulling a trailer and they cut us off multiple times, almost hitting out truck. We watched them do the same thing to multiple other vehicles.

Driver passed me by using the left turn lane at a high rate of speed. She kept doing this to multiple drivers on Mcloughlin from Gladstone to Milwaukie.

Recklessly passing on shoulders after lanes already merged at high speeds nearly hit me and another driver.

2 short haired males continued wrongfully where there lane ended almost pushing 2 cars in the right of way lane into oncoming traffic and then stuck their middle finger out at the cars and drove into west linn on 43

Person would tailgate with their brights on, at one point I thought I was going to get struck from behind. This was on highway 140 heading from Bonanza to Klamath Falls.

Woman violated right of way by speeding through stop sign before others even when the person who had right of way had pulled out and was legally making their way across the intersection. When given warning horn by others, driver gave the middle finger in reply. She nearly caused an accident.
