LICENSE PLATE REPORTS

A male driver in his late 50s early 60s failed to stop for a child in crosswalk with the crossing sign in front of kicks karate studio in Rockville. He almost hit the child who had to jump back to avoid being hit. When confronted the male driver failed to acknowledge his fault or apologize.

On 695-W, ran me off the road(not checking blindspot), then immediately almost hit two other cars trying to get around traffic

Tailgating and brake checking

Driving in between cars and cutting off drivers.

White female with brown hair was driving like a maniac heading southbound on MD-235 on Jan 31, 2020. She was tailgating me and other vehicles. She did this about 3 times to me as traffic was moving. I eventually moved over to the center lane and she went by. The speed limit is 45 mph. Most vehicles will go 45-55. She had to be going at least 65 mph. When we got before gate 1 of the naval base, I was able to pass her because she was stuck behind another vehicle getting into a turn lane. I moved over to the left lane to prepare to enter gate 2. She ended up behind me and continued to tailgate. When we were on the base, I got almost 1/2 mile ahead of her after showing my badge. Speed limit is 35. She had to be going 50+ on the base in order to catch up. I moved over to let her by. I rolled down my window and yelled do you want me to report you? I pulled into the parking lot, and she pulls up to me and asks Do you have a problem? I told her she was tailgating. She mouths off something and has the gall to tell me I have to learn how to drive. This !$^%& was going 20 mph over the speed limit, and was tailgating others, and the dummy says that to me? Seriously?

Reckless driving, tailgating, cut me off and slammed on brakes

Going 90 in a 65 as well as throwing rocks (or some debris) at people

I couldnt identify the kind if vehicle. All I know is it was a box car and this woman almost hit me countless times on my way home from college. She hit her breaks last minute, stayed so close behind my car in traffic and around turns that I couldnt see her license plate or her headlights. I could identify her perfectly; Asian or Filipino, round glasses, straight dark hair and her mouth open in an "O" shape most of the time, rarely moving like she was talking or singing. Her passenger seat had a sort of dark leopard print cover. It was like she was out to hit people.

Ran a stop sign and cut in front to get into driveway first.

This person proceeded to follow too closely, then passed my car in a single lane road.
