LICENSE PLATE REPORTS

On 9/4/21 around midnight, the driver was high/wasted/whacked out as h*ll behind the wheel of her running car (a black Honda) at Sheetz on West 130th and Snow Road in Parma, Ohio. My assumption is either heroin, crack or a combination of the two. Ive lost count of people I know who have overdosed over the past 10 years and (sadly) know exactly what this behavior looks like. If I wasnt on the phone calling police as she attempted to back out of her parking spot (failed twice, gave it so much gas in neutral the engine revved, pulled back in, tried to pull back out and sat still as she was half backed out and cocked to the side, then sped off) I would have recorded it. This woman needs serious help and should not be on the road behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Shes endangering the lives of countless people on the road, including her own. Swerving all over lanes and speeding in school zones. Would call police if they are on road again. Possible drug problem.

Cutting people off and road rage due to construction zone. Very impatient and reckless.

Swerving into other lanes, nearly hit several other vehicles. No turn signal when entering other lanes, but you know it was unintentional he went into the other lanes because he goes back

Bypass 28 location. Truck pulling utility trailer cut from the lane to the right of us, across in front of me, missing me only because I slowed tremendously and went to left turn lane toward Lowes store. I hope he has insurance because if this is a habit he will surely cause an accident. Trailer plate SXG5421

Tried to merge into my lane without paying attention, almost hitting me. I honked the horn & let him go around me. We got off on the same exit. Driver then break checked me hard & in a very obvious way twice; Stopped so fast that the car behind me almost rear ended me both times. Both times, there were no cars anywhere near the front of said driver, so they were clearly stopping just to try to get me to rear end them. Obvious ego problem.

This driver proceeded to speed in front of me repeatedly and hit their brakes and tried to stop me on a 3 lane highway. Have the whole thing from start to finish on my dashcam. I repeatedly tried to move into another lane and he would move over and brake hard again. I finally tried to speed away but their car was much faster and I could not safely maintain the lead. I pulled over to far lane and braked to well below the speed limit and they braked too to wait. Finally got another car between us when construction reduced the highway to one lane. They proceeded to go really slow and brake often, but not as aggressively. Once my exit came up, I took it and never saw them again. Far as I can tell on my dashcam video. They were upset I got in front of them in an empty lane at t traffic light. They were in the right lane behind a big truck and I was in the middle lane. I proceeded in my lane to the light and stopped. Then I drove off. I noticed in my review mirror that this red car was driving recklessly and I just drove off normally. Less than a minute later they zipped past me on the left and started all this hard braking in front of me.

First incident occurred when I was turning right onto a residential, I clearly had right of way and driver pulled into their left turn lane and ripped the car in front of me to go first, which ended up being a close call. Second time was when my friend was driving. She lives in an apartment complex so she was circling around to find a spot at a very close and cautious speed. Driver came around at us at a fast speed and had to aggressively slam on brakes in order not to hit us.

On exit of highway. Was behind me in left lane and suddenly driving on curb to pass me, cut in front and then went into othe right lane. Speeding off highway.

Driving on wrong side of road, running red lights, passing stopped school buses as children are entering and exiting, almost hitting pedestrians and more. Possibly impaired by drug use.

Forced lane change in construction zone when I was in the lane next to him, resulting in jamming on brakes and fortunately no one was close behind me - clearly intentionally forcing his way in since he pulled up next to me.

Made a right turn onto Stow Rd. from the left lane of 91 North, cutting me off in the process.

Road Rage - almost hit me. Then pulled in front of me and kept slamming the brakes on. Got out of his truck in the middle of an inner section and came to my window screaming very aggressively.

Deiver was in left turning lane and the cut an entire lane of traffic and cut a 18 wheeler off and blown through the light and intersection almost causing an accident. Deiver gas ILLEGAL TINT and an ILLEGAL DARK TAG COVER. This driving behavior will not be tolerated.

Tailgating, Speeding, Aggressive Lane Changes Without Signaling, Cutting Off

Was angry about a turn flipped off many people had sped through a school zone, tailgated an EMT, and I almost caused two accidents one when tailgating and the other with shortstops when in front of another persons car. Using a phone to record when he realizes people were taking a photo of his license plate

Vehicle owner harassed me and my sons in a grocery store for not wearing the kind of face mask she wanted us to wear, fled the scene when police were called on her for her deranged behavior, and was recklessly talking on her phone as she drove away.

Whipped out in front of me on a Main Street and then threatened to shoot the passenger and I because she claims we were tailgating. Looked to be impaired and slurring speech.

Ran numerous red lights and cut multiple people off. Was going about 70mph in a 35 weaving in and out of traffic on a single lane road on each side. Also braked checked a few of us.

Swerving over yellow line almost hit on coming cards. Was on phone the whole time down grafton rd and hadcock rd.

Not using turn signal. Also illegally took a right turn at a red light by passing on the shoulder.

23 year old Lucas drove 45 minutes to meet a 14 year old girl at a gas station at 11:30pm while her parents werent home after talking to her on Skout/Meetme. Hid in the bathroom and when confronted said he knew luring a minor was a felony but (wasnt gonna do sh*t like that) and then just said (whatever) and left. He then cried to youtube to get the video removed, which has since been re-uploaded. Has a Scooby Doo stuffed animal seat belt cover in the back seat (driver side) alongside a Nike collection in his trunk.
