Lady was driving so fast and texting she swirved into my line almost running me off the road. She then cut in front of me and slowed down to around 10. I beeped and she gave the finger our of her window and started tapping her breaks.

Reckless Driving Black Volkswagen Jetta TSI
Black tinted Jetta TSI, tags expiring 7/2019 cut off a line of cars at a red light to be first when it turned green. Half in the intersection. Then in no hurry proceeded and break checked everyone behind them aggressively while flipping them off. This occurred at 8AM on 7/28/2017. They probably do this all the time there because they are too stupid and impatient to stay in line instead of using the turning lane to cut everyone off.
