2008 White Ford Edge sped through Lowe’s parking lot and floored it into a handicap parking space almost hitting my wife in the parking lot on our way to our vehicle.

Recklessly driving throughout road and Lowe’s parking lot, almost hit four different people and was about a half a foot from hitting someone in the crosswalk. Not paying attention, distracted driving by being on their phone texting while in a parking space and swerving lane to lane without a turn signal.

Driver failed to slow down at red light and crashed into the rear of our car. There were two infants in the back. He proceeded to reverse out and speed away (faster than the posted speed limit) ignoring the red light. Because of the infants we were forced to call for EMTs for checkup. Police were little to no help, refused to find or show up to the address listed to the vehicle.
Driver was a black, young adult (likely 20s) male. The incident occurred at 9:48 PM, 11/21/2023. Happened on Stratford Rd, in Reynolda. The suspect's vehicle was a white 2010 Honda Accord LX. License plate was PLZ-1008.

At about 4:00pm May 29, the driver of a white Chevrolet transport van was seen speeding in my rear view mirror. He was speeding and swerving between lanes during a fairly busy time. When he drove by my passenger side, he sped up and quickly cut me off (going at least 80 mph). Had I not slowed down quickly, I would have been crashed into. The driver continued speeding along, swerving between lanes, tailgating, applying brakes only when necessary. Very dangerous driver!
