White male driver aggressively coming up behind me and tailgating me very closely while I was on my motorcycle. I change lanes to let him go but he moves lanes after me to stay behind me and keep threatening me with his car. I end up moving over to the shoulder to let him go. He followed me into the shoulder and got very close to me until he close-call passed me.
He was screaming f you and seemed drunk.

I was on i5 Southbound before taking my exit for 78, I was safely lane splitting at a speed near 30-35mph while other vehicles were going about 20mph.
Gray Tesla Model 3 9HYT726 did not take well that I was safely lane splitting through traffic on my motorcycle (as is legal per California Vehicle Code).
After an empty pocket opened up in traffic, Gray Tesla 9HYT726 got behind me suddenly, carelessly cutting off another car in the process, then he accelerated brutally and got very close to the rear of my bike in a threatening manner while simultaneously making gestures that he would smash me with his hands. I eventually rode into the left shoulder to let him pass me and was able to take my exit. After he passed me he was slowing down further ahead as to wait for me, luckily I took my exit and he was not able to follow me anymore.

At approximately 4:00 PM, while traveling on Pinole Valley Road, I was driving in the right lane with my young child clearly visible in the back seat. The left lane was open and available for passing, yet the vehicle behind me followed my vehicle at an extremely close and unsafe distance for several blocks. While tailgating, the vehicle repeatedly weaved from side to side within the lane behind me, appearing to pressure me to drive faster despite having an open lane available to pass. The vehicle eventually passed me.
A few blocks later, I encountered the same vehicle stopped on the right side of the roadway to pick up a high school student. There was no shoulder, parking area, or other designated safe area to pull over. The vehicle was stopped in the travel lane, obstructing traffic and creating an additional safety hazard.
The vehicle had dark-tinted windows, which prevented me from seeing or identifying the driver.
