First the driver failed to stop for a stopped school bus with red lights flashing. Minutes later the driver then passed a tractor trailer with no turn signals when it was not safe to do so.

Tried to merge into me on central ave. When I honked at her since she was about to hit me she didn’t care at all and just kept merging. Then when I passed her because I didn’t want to be near her anymore, she was not paying attention to the road at all.

Male driving and female passenger were distracted and did not move after light turned green. About 12 seconds past. Cars behind them began going past them. They proceeded to speed up to get ahead then verbally abuse said drivers and began brake checking. Spent 5 minutes just sitting in traffic because they wanted to prove a point. This woman will speed upwards of 25 mph over the speed limit and tailgate ever car ahead of her all the way up route 20 until she turned left after the light after aunt Millies diner. If anyone gets behind her she slams on her breaks and forced every single car behind her to go 5 to 10 mph UNDER the speed limit until she found a new person in front of her to speed up to at felony levels and tailgate. She is a monster who is going to kill people and road rages all over western ny chronically. She\'s evil.
