On West Gates Ave in front of the elementary school, she was swerving and texting and screaming. She stopped and held up the traffic we thought she was hurt. School security guard approached her to check. She screamed and threw her kid out of the car in congested traffic. She has Jersey plates and her kid goes to a NY school, that should be an issue as well.
