I 29 S exits 82-77. Driving max speed weaving through traffic almost ran car into ditch. Drives I 29 S exit 82-77 Mon-Fri between 11:20 and 11:30. A young black male drives and has a young black passenger.

Going about 100 mph, weaving though traffic. Tailgating if I would I have slowed done I would have dead. Young girl driving who nreds her license revoked. I 29 S 82-76 Mon-Fri 11:20-11:35

Attempted to pass as they were going slow, they noticed and sped up. They slowed down to let me catch up only to throw 2 rocks at my car.

Reckless driving, weaving in and out of traffic, no usage of turn signals and aggressive tendencies. They even rolled down their window to swear and flip off other drivers.

Driver was using laptop and wearing headphones while driving. Driver was slouching and cannot be seen clearly Car was intermittently crossing lane lines and was clearly distracted.
