Speeds, tailgates, aggressive driving, potential cause for accident

Truck had hello kitty sticker and Harley Davidson Sticker on back window. Driver was speeding excessively and cut us off and brake checked us they were also within one inch of our car and almost caused an accident truck had a disability plate and not sure what state as the video is blurry but they were in Johnson city.
