Driver sped up and began tailgating me even as I was going 5mph over the posted speed limit. They were close enough that I could not see the hood of their car or half of their front windshield in my rear view mirror. The driver then held down their horn for over 30 seconds, crossed two solid white lines to enter a toll lane, passing inches from my driver side to then cut in front of me and brake aggressively.
