Ran a stop sign while leaving a Publix parking lot, and cut off a silver Ford Mustang that had to go around the driver to avoid a "rear-ending" accident. The driver then proceeded to follow the Ford Mustang to the Fort Caroline Road intersection, in which the Ford Mustang made a right turn to avoid being followed further by the driver.
