Black Female Subject refused to give officers her drivers license. Black Female was argumentative, refused 19 times to get out of the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like there were drugs in there. Black female had to be pulled out of vehicle. Then she resisted arrest, swore at the officer. Female was arrested and her juvenile friend was also arrested for obstruction of od peace officer.
